愈风宁心滴丸抗异丙肾上腺素致心肌缺血的研究

Study on the Effect of Yufeng Ningxin Diwan on Resisting Ischemic Hearts Induced by Isoprenaline

目的:观察愈风宁心滴丸抗异丙肾上腺素致心肌缺血的效果。方法:采用心肌缺血实验中的增加心肌氧耗法。结果:愈风宁心滴丸高、中剂量组均可显著降低异丙肾上腺素引起大鼠ST段偏移总和值及ST偏移段均值,与异丙肾上腺素心肌缺血模型比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:愈风宁心滴丸具有一定抗异丙肾上腺素引起大鼠心肌缺血模型的作用。

Objective:To determine the effect of Yufeng Ningxin Diwan on resisting ischemic hearts induced by iso-prenaline. Methods: The method of increasing the myocardial oxygen consumption by ischemic heart experiments was used. Results: The high dose and the median dose of Yufeng Ningxin Diwan were all able to evidently decrease the total value and the mean value of rat S-T segment deviation,which was statistically significant differences compared with the model of ischemic hearts induced by isoprenaline (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The study demonstrated Yufeng Ningxin Diwan has the effect on resisting ischemic hearts induced by isoprenaline.
