通过文献资料调研、问卷调查及数理统计分析 ,认为普通高校体育教师人才模式 ,需以普通高校体育教师的知识结构、能力结构和素质结构 ,建立综合评价指标体系。

By using the method of documentary investigation, qu estionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes intellectual mode o f college physical education teachers. Based on the ability, quality and knowled ge structure of physical education teachers, the author sets up comprehensive ev aluation index system.
