With the characteristics of logging wellsite service, every mud logging company and related units are carrying on the research and construction for logging data realtime remote transmission. The paper briefly stated the present situation and development of oversea remote transmission communicating technology,introduced the mud logging satellite communication network system, which was set up by Geologging Company of Xinjiang Oil Administration Bureau according to the Network System of America Hughes Company, and related setting technologies, analyzed the function of the transmission system, looked into its future application prospect. The introduction will promote and improve the construction of domestic mud logging data remote transmission network system.
