摘要
针对PDC钻头钻井岩屑细碎呈粉末状从而给岩屑采集、显示识别、岩石定名带来的难题,该文立足现有工艺技术条件下,从岩屑采集、岩性识别、污染排除、录井专业技术选择及解释方法等几方面对PDC钻头钻进条件下录井方法进行了探讨。文章认为充分利用好现有录井技术手段,各种方法优势互补,能够提高PDC钻井的录井解释可靠性,在此基础上谋求录井工艺方法的创新势在必行。该文介绍的一些新方法具有一定的借鉴价值。
In accordance with the difficult problems that the fine cuttings caused by PDC bit brings to cutting acquisition, show identification and rock naming, the paper discusses the mud logging method from the aspects of cutting acquisition, lithology identification, pollution elimination, mud logging specialized technical selection and interpretation method under the condition of drilling with PDC bit. Based on the available technique, the paper considers that making use of every mud logging technical means and sharing each other advantages can improve the reliability of mud logging interpretation in drilling with PDC bit, and relying on it the new ideas must be brought forth in the mud logging technological method. There′s much in new methods introduced in this paper that we can make use of.
