摘要
在基于虚拟仪器的测试系统中 ,采用一种新型总线构建了信号调理平台 ,该总线结构设计简单合理 ,布局恰当 ,走线规整 ,包含了系统模块通信所必需的信号 ,功能较强。使用该总线建立的信号调理平台具有良好的扩展性、灵活性、稳定性和可靠性 ,并且可节省测试资源 ,能够满足多种测试系统的需要。
ATS based on VI adopts a new bus to construct the platform for signal condition. The bus' structure is brief and reasonable. Its layout is appropriate and circuit route is in order. It has all the signals that the system's modules require when they communicate. The bus has strong function. The platform has good expansibility, flexility, stabilization, security and saves test assets by using the bus. The platform can meet the requirements of manifold ATS.
