浅谈门脉高压性胃病的诊断与治疗

The diagnosis and treatment on portal hypertensive gastropathy

目的探讨门脉高压性胃病的诊断与治疗。方法根据近几年有关文献资料进行归纳总结。结果便于学习与掌握。结论门脉高压性胃病是门脉高压患者特有的一种胃肠病病症,其重型易导致出血,降低门静脉压力是治疗的重点。

Objective:To study the diagnosis and treatment of portal hypertensive gastropathy(PHG).Methods:To summarize the relevant literature and data in recent years.Results:Being convinent for studying and grasping the knowledge.Conclusions:The PHG is a specific gastroenteropathy disorder of patients with portal hypertensive(PHT),the patients of serious PHG are easy to bleed,the important point of the treatment of the PHG patients is to decrease the pressure of portal vein.
