灯盏花素联合都可喜治疗脑梗死的临床观察

Clinical observation of the effect of combining Erigeron breviscapus with Duxil on treating cerebral infarction

目的 探讨灯盏花素联合都可喜治疗脑梗死的效果。方法 将 6 0便脑梗死患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组予以灯盏花素联合都可喜 ,对照组单用都可喜 ,两组共给药 35天后进行神经功能缺损评分 ,观察血液流变性、红细胞聚集性和变形性的改变及不良反应。结果 治疗组的显效率明显要高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但两组的总有效率比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗组的血液流变性的改善和红细胞聚集指数的降低及红细胞变形指数的提高明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗中未发现明显不良反应。结论 早期灯盏花素联合都可喜能明显地改善脑梗死患者神经功能缺损的症状 ,且无毒副作用 。

Objective To explore the effect of combining Erigeron breviscapus with Duxil on the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly assigned into 2 groups. One group (Treated group) was treated with both Erigeron breviscapus and Duxil and the other one (control group) was treated with Duxil only. In 35 days, the effect and side effect with the score of neurological impairment were accessed and changes of blood rheology and erythrocyte aggregation and erythrocyte transformation were observed.Results The significant effective rate of the treated group was noticeably higher than that of the control group (\$P\$<0.05). But the total efficiency rates between two groups had no significant difference (\$P\$>0.05). Improvement of blood rheology, decrease of erythrocyte aggregation index and increase of erythrocyte transformation index in the treated group were clearly superior to those of the control group (\$P\$<0.05). No side effect was found during treatment.Conclusion In the early stage of cerebral infarction, usage of Erigeron combining with Duxil can alleviate symptoms of neurologic impairment without any toxication and side effect, which was worthy of spreading application.
