在激烈竞争的市场中 ,企业取得竞争优势的关键在于企业是否具有核心竞争力以及具备什么样的核心竞争力。一个企业的核心竞争力是企业所特有的 ,是竞争对手难以模仿的。培植企业的核心能力是关系企业长远发展和参与国际竞争的战略性选择 ,它有利于提高企业参与国际竞争的能力。
In the markets of strong competition,the key for enterprises to get superiority of competition lies whether enterprises have kernel competitive power and what kernel power of competition the enterprises take.An enterprise's competitive power of core is its own character and it is difficult for its opponent to copy.To cultivate kernel power of an enterprise is related to long term development of enterprise and to strategical choice of attending international competition which is useful for enerprises to raise ability of international competition.
