Sympathetially Learning" the New Cultural Movement of the May Fourth

20世纪初的五四新文化运动对中国的传统文化产生了深远影响 ,甚至在一定程度上改变了中国的文化进程与走向。这一历史事件必有它出现的理由 ,也有它不能否认的不足。本文以一种“同情地了解”的方式、态度从主客观两方面揭示其产生的缘由 。

At the beginning of the 20th century,the May 4th Moverment of New Culture brought about far reaching influence on the traditional culture of China and even changed cultural process and direction of China to a certain extent.The historical event was born reasonably on teh one hand and contained its negatives.This paper,with the means and attitude of 'sympathetically learning' and from two aspects including the subjective and objective,points out its malpractive in the three fields.
