摘要
本文研究了DZ4合金基体材料上的等离子喷涂CoCrW+WC高温耐磨涂层的CO_2激光重熔工艺及重熔层的组织性能。试验证明,随着基体熔化深度的增加,重熔层的稀释度上升,硬度下降,通过选择适当的激光功率密度及扫描速度可获得较好的效果。
The laser remelting of plasma- sprayed wear- resistant coating on Ni- based alloy DZ4 is studied in this paper. It is shown that if the depth of the remelted zone exceeds the thickness of the plasma-sprayed coating,the hardness of the remelted zone decreases. Better results can be obtained by selecting proper laser power density and scanning speed.
