摘要
通过对面试互动过程中应聘者印象管理策略的研究 ,结果发现 :应聘者在面试当中所运用的积极主动型印象管理策略对考官产生积极的影响 ,防范型印象管理策略对考官评价没有产生明显影响 ;
The study was conducted to examine the relationship between the applicants' impression management tactics and interviewers'rating. The results shows that the assertive impression management tactics have positive effevts on interviewers'rating. but defensive impression management tactics have little effects, and that job familiarity influences the use of applicants'impression tactics.
