摘要
高校人事管理是学校工作的重要方面 ,要做好这项工作 ,必须结合学校实际 ,做到以人为本 ,尊重市场价值 ,注重评聘分开、加强聘后管理等 ,高校人才建设才能得到快速发展人事管理 ,以人为本 ,尊重市场价值 ,评聘分开 。
Personnel management is a very important part for running university. In order to deal with this work, people should judge the actual situation of the university, and pay more attention to humanism as well as the market value. Another point is that we should depart judging the title of the technical post from employment, and should pay more attention to the management after employment.
