互联网络对图书馆的发展产生了巨大的影响 ,也对图书馆员的素质提出了更高的要求。网络环境下图书馆员必须具备相应的思想素质、图书馆专业理论素质以及职业技能素质 。

The internet brings great influence to the development of the libraries; meanwhile librarian's competence is demanded improving. The librarians, in the Internet circumstance, must be equipped with virtue, theoretical knowledge, and technique, so as to adapt to future development of libraries.
