本文分析了铣、磨、拉削加工叶片圆弧榫头时成形精度的影响因素,给出了进行工艺分析时的计算方法,提出了拉削加工时保证成形精度的措施。

The factors that influence the forming accuracy of blade root in milling ,grinding and broaching are analyzed ,the calculation method for technological analyses is given and the measures to enssure the broaching accuracy are put forward.
