针对浙江树人大学民办高校的特征 ,结合浙江市场经济发展的势头 ,探讨了管理学院专业设置及培养目标的合理定位。总结了推行“二级导师制”及教学改革的思路与举措。

In accordance with the distinguishing feature of Zhejiang Shuren University as a private university and in view of the developing impetus of market economy in Zhejiang province, the paper discusses the major subjects offered and rationalized training goal in the college of management, reviews the 'two-stage tutorial system' carried out by the college and sums up the tentative ideas and measures taken in teaching reform.
