摘要
随着社会转型和家庭物质文化生活的日益提高 ,家政公司在较发达地区像雨后春笋地出现 ,但家政业的发展比较迟缓 ,规模小 ,实力弱 ,没有行业竞争力。当务之急 ,要探索一条适合家政服务业快速发展的经营思路 ,明确市场定位。由于家政服务和社区服务的主体和对象都是家庭 ,有着共同的基础 ,所以家政服务业的发展市场定位在社区 ,不仅有利于形成家政服务业产业化发展 。
With the change of social formation and the improvement of material life and cultural life, it becomes true that more and more home economics corporations are being setting up in developed regions. But household management service has no competitive power because of its slow developing speed, large quantity, little scale and feeble strength. So probing an effective idea for its high-speed development and making clear its market location are urgent matters. Household management service and community service are of the same principal part and object, and market location of household management service is in community. That will promote the development of household management service and construction of community service.
