摘要
用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱 ICP—AES同时测定了野马追中的 Fe、Al、Si等 2 0种元素 ,用干法对样品进行处理。干法是先将样品 60 0℃高温灰化 ,再用浓硝酸消解。将 ICP— AES法用于野马追微量元素的测定具有简单、快速。
The determination of twenty kinds of elelments(Fe?Al?Si etc.) on the stem leaf and flower of the Eupatorium lindleyanum DC by using Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry was presented in this article.The sample was made in dry ashing method.First,the sample was ashed in 600℃ for four hours.Second,the ash was dissovled by HNO 3.The results showed that ICP AES method was characterized with simple,fast,and high accuracy for dry ashing method.
