摘要
本文通过对金属加工现象的分析,引入了金属扩散的相关公式,对铝合金叶片高速锤精挤中的粘模现象采取了一系列的工艺措施,实现了铝合金叶片叶身的无余量冷挤压。
Related formula of metal diffusion is led in from analysis of metal machining phenomena. The technical measures are put forward to solve the sticky problems in precision extruding Al alloy blade with high speed hammer. Cold extrusion of Al alloy blade to its net shape has been realized .
