摘要
目的 分析住院病人中抑郁症的漏诊原因。方法 随机抽取本院所有住院病人查抑郁症自评量表并进行确诊。结果 342例病人中伴发抑郁症23例,其中只有2例获得诊断,21例漏诊,漏诊率91.3％。结论 住院病人中伴发抑郁症的漏诊相当普遍,原因是医生识别抑郁症的能力不足,只重视患者躯体疾病的诊治。今后加强医生专业知识的培训是主要的对策。
Objective To analyze the causation of missed diagnoses of tristimania complicated with inpatients. Method Random sampling from all inpatients of our hospital and underwent diagnoses of tristimania by means of self evaluating chart. Result Among 342 inpatients there were 23 complicated with tristimania, of which there was only two patients identified, while 21 diagnoses were missed. Missed diagnoses rate is 91.3%. Conclusion The missed dia Noses of tristimania complicated with inpatients are very common because doctors have no sufficient ability to identify tristimania. They think much of somatic diseases of patients only. So the main countermeasurc is to strengthen the doctors' training of specialty knowledge.
