摘要
通过对比临床研究实验室新旧管理和运作体制,总结了临床医学研究所建设的成功经验,并结合临床实验研究未来发展的特点,提出临床医学研究所建设的发展方向。
Our experience in establishment and management of institute of clinical medical research was summarized by comparing the old and new clinical medical research structures and function. A new administrative reform program with proposed practical steps is here brought forth according to the trend of medical research development.
