随着磨削生产率的不断提高,磨削表层物理特性的检测显得愈来愈重要。其中巴克豪森噪声效应分析法不但能确保零件的质量,而且其测量结果与传统测量方法的结果相符。

Because of growing production rates in grinding,it is necessary to test the physical properties of the ground surface .Nondestructive testing can guarantee high quality of the parts. One possible solution is offered by applying the Barkhausen noise analysis method. The measured results agree with those gained by using classical methods.
