摘要
目的 探讨肠系膜淋巴结在病毒诱导的黏膜免疫应答中的形态特征。方法 采用荧光免疫组织化学和电镜方法 ,观察 30只BALB c小鼠灌服柯萨奇病毒后肠系膜淋巴结内淋巴细胞的组织学特征。结果 光镜下可见肠系膜淋巴结中淋巴小结和副皮质区淋巴细胞增生活跃 ,荧光免疫组化方法观察肠系膜淋巴结中CD4 和CD8阳性细胞明显增多 (P值均 <0 .0 1)。电镜下淋巴细胞增生活跃 ,表现为淋巴细胞大小不等 ,多见细胞分裂相 ,可见大量的巨噬细胞淋巴细胞丛和树突状细胞淋巴细胞丛。结论 柯萨奇病毒可诱导小鼠肠系膜淋巴结的免疫应答 。
Objective To study the morphological characterizations of mesenteric lymph nodes (MLN) in the mucosal immune response induced by infected virus. Methods The histological characterizations of lymphocytes in MLN of 30 BALB/c mice which infected by coxackie virus were observed by immunofluorescence histochemistry and electron microscopy.Results The lymphocytes in lymphoid follicles and paracortical zone of MLN grew actively under light microscopy. CD 4 and CD 8 positive cells were significantly increased in number( P <0.01 respectively) under fluorescence microscopy. Under electron microscopy, the lymphocytes grew actively, and there were various sizes of lymphocytes and a lot of cytokinesis were observed. There were great numbers clumps of macrophage lymphocytes and dendritic cell lymphocytes.Conclusion The coxackie virus may induce the immune response of MLN in mice, and MLN is the effective site of the mucosal immune response.
