摘要 目的 通过常温保存的兔同种异体新鲜骨移植实验研究探讨常温骨库保存骨的可行性和合理性。方法 日本大耳白兔 2 8只 ,平均兔龄 5 .6个月 ,平均体重 2 4 30g(2 0 0 0~ 30 0 0g)。随机选择一侧桡骨截除 1.0cm造成骨缺损模型 ,再用保存 1年的库存新鲜兔骨修复骨缺损 ,同时将该侧肢体截除之桡骨移植于对侧肢体作为对照组。把 2 8只实验兔随机分为 4组 ,分别于术后 4、8、12、16周处死 ,观察放射线、组织学及光、电镜结果。结果 实验组术后 4周 ,无明显骨痂形成 ;术后 8周 ,植骨两端均有骨痂形成 ,但移植骨密度高、塑形差 ;术后 12周移植骨与宿主骨已骨性愈合 ,骨髓腔通畅。结论 常温骨库保存的同种异体骨的成骨效果经动物实验观察 ,植骨后无明显排斥反应 ,成骨生物效应良好 ,对于大段骨缺损的治疗有重要的临床意义。 Objective To inquire into the feasibility and reasonability of bone conservation at room temperature by experimental study of homologous bone transplantation of rabbit at room temperature bone bank conservation.Methods In 28 Japanese white rabbits,1.0cm bone defects were made in the middle part of both radii by surgical method. In the experimental sides, bone transplantation was made by homogenic rabbit bone reserving at room temperature bone bank for one year. In the control sides, fresh selfbone graft was used. The animals were divided into 4 groups and were killed in 4,8,12,16 weeks after operation. The specimens were detected by X ray,histological examination and electron microscope examination. Results Four weeks after operation, the receiver's bone had no obvious bone callus formation.Eight weeks after operation, bone had grown at two sides of the transplanted bone, but bone moulding was not very good.Twelve weeks after operation, the transplanted bone had integrated with the receiver's bone.Conclusion Homologous bone reserving room temperature bone bank has good osteogenic ability, and has important clinical meaning in the treatment of long segmental bone defects.
