摘要
目的 探讨心肌缺血早期HSP70的作用机制。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法 ,进行HSP70检测。结果 常规的HE染色很难分辨早期心肌缺血的心肌细胞。Nagar Olsan特染能鉴别早期心肌缺血心肌细胞的改变。HSP70在缺血的心肌细胞内呈散在的颗粒状分布 ;在自溶的心肌细胞内呈带状弥漫的强阳性表达。
Objective To explore the role of HSP70 in the early stage of myocardial ischemia.Methods Thirty five myocardial tissue from sudden death patients with coronary heart disease were studied by immunohistochemical analysis of HSP70. Results It was very difficult to resolve the myocardial cells in the early stage of myocardial ischemia through routine HE staining,but those myocardial cells could be resolved through Nagar Olsan special staining. HSP70 distribution in the cells of myocardial ischemia was scattered granular; HSP70 overexpression was bandshaped and diffuse strong positive in the autolytic myocardial cells. Conclusion The massive expression of HSP70 is closely related to the ischemia, dissolution and necrosis of myocardial cells.
