摘要
依法治校是“依法治国”方略在高校管理中的具体体现 ,是高校实现科学管理的重要前提。只有依法治校 ,才能进一步使学校管理从无序走向有序 ,从随意性走向标准化 ,从经验走向科学 ,不断创新 ,为培养新世纪创新人才作出应有的贡献。
Governing the University by the rule of laws is a reflection of governing the country by the rule of laws'. It is an important premise for scientific management. Only when a university is governed by laws can its management become orderly, standardized, scientific and innovative, and make more contributions to cultivating creative talents for the new century.
