摘要
根据注水井管理要求 ,在分析研究注水管柱在各种工作状态时的温度分布和工作状态变化时所引起的温度变化的基础上 ,通过井筒的热传导方程和管柱的热效应方程 ,推导出一套比较精确的注水管柱温度效应求解方法 ,为合理设计注水管柱提供一定的理论依据。通过计算示例与分析证明了温度效应的影响 ,指出了封隔器密封失效的原因 ,以求达到合理设计注水管柱及配套相应工具、延长注水管柱的使用寿命、减少作业次数。
According to the general demand of management water injection well, and practical technique, the author studied the temperature profile at all kinds of working condition and the temperature's change when the condition is changed in water injection string. Based on these analysis and from the heat conduction equation and heat effect equation of the well string, a serial of accurate method was derivated to solve the temperature effect in the water injection string. It can help to design the water injection string rationally. The influence of temperature effect was proved according to calculation example and analysis, and the sealing failure cause of the packer was found. By designing the water injection string and the tools rationally, the working life of the water injection string is longer and the duty cycle is shorter. So the development benefit in water injection of oil field is proved.
