油基压裂工艺在青海七个泉油田的应用 被引量:2

APPLICATION OF OIL BASED FRACTURING TECHNOLOGY TO RESERVOIR STIMULATION AT QIGEQUAN OIL FIELD OF QINGHAI

摘要 通过对青海七个泉低压、低孔、低渗、强水敏难采油藏储层及砂体特点以及对压裂工艺要求的研究 ,提出了压裂工艺选井原则 ,筛选出合适的支撑剂 ,研制出适应油藏特点的低成本油基压裂液体系配方 ,优化了油田整体压裂裂缝参数及现场施工参数 ,形成从选井到措施评估为一体的油基压裂工艺。通过近 3年的研究与推广应用 ,共进行了 39井次油基压裂措施作业 ,措施成功率 93 % ,有效率 89.7% ,措施平均有效期在 60 0d以上 ,全油田累计增油 4 .985 4× 1 0 4 t,取得了较好的增产效果和显著的经济效益 。 By analysis of characteristics of sand bodies and hard-exploited reservoir of Qigequan Oil field which have low pressure, low permeability and water sensitivity ,and by research of fracturing technology ,we put forward the principle for well selection ,developed the formula and its oper procedure for oil-based fracturing fluid which fit in with the properties of the reservoirs ,optimized the fracture parameters for reservoir and treatment parameters ,acquired a suite of oil-based fracturing technology form selection to result evaluation. By means of 3 years research and application,39 treatments have been performed, successful treatments account 93% and the effectiveness of successful treatments was 89.7%,the average effectiveness period have been over 600 days and a total of 49854 tons of oil has been stimulated. The above mentioned technology has resulted in better incremental result and higher economic benefits,and will help in great deal for the exploitation of similar reservoirs.
