摘要
复合段塞调剖技术是针对扶余油田裂缝和孔道发育的油藏特点而开展的 ,主要从提高对油藏的认识入手 ,加强了高强度、快速成胶堵剂的开发研究 ,形成 2套适合封堵裂缝和孔道的调剖体系 :体膨堵剂型 +钠土聚合物 +HJ-III型调剖体系、凝胶颗粒 +铬凝胶 +无机高强度堵剂调剖体系 ,这 2套调剖体系均具有强度高、抗干扰、耐冲刷和成本低的特点。在调剖工艺上采取多段塞注入方式 ,根据油藏特点 ,段塞组合由前缘段塞、填充段塞和封口段塞组成。在调剖施工参数优化设计上进一步科学地定量化 ,调剖半径借鉴示踪剂拟合结果 ,施工排量考虑了颗粒型堵剂的沉降速度。该技术自 2 0 0 1 - 2 0 0 2年度在扶余油田共施工 52口井 ,累计增油 50 2 3 .8t。
The composite section plug profile control technology is developed based on the reservoir characteristics of fracture and throat development in Fuyu Oilfield. Based on the development of high strength, fast gelling plugging agent, two sets of profile control systems were developed, i.e., swelling agent + sodium polymer + HJ-Ⅲ profile control system and gel granular + chromium gel + inorganic high strength plugging agent system. Both the two systems exhibit high strength, distortion resistance, flush resistance and low cost. Multi-section plug injection technique was adopted for profile control, and the section plug is composed of front edge plug, packing plug and sealing plug. In addition, the operation parameters optimization is further quantitatively scaled, and the profile control radius use the fitting result of tracer for reference, the settling speed of the granular agent is taken into considerations for operating flow rate. This technology has been used in 52 wells in Fuyu Oilfield, and to the end of December 2002, a total of 5023.8 tons of oil has been stimulated.
