政府与市场的关系,是市场经济的一个永久的话题。我国加入WTO后,如何利用优势、权利,尽可能地减弱冲击已成为摆在我们面前的重大课题。尤其值得重视的就是在WTO体制内如何利用好政府这一资源和充分发挥国内市场的作用。

The relation between the government and market is a permanent topic.The great problems before us are how we avail ourselves of taking up the advantages,potences and obligations and what we do to weaken and avoid the impact after China's WTO accession.One of the problems is how we make full use of governmental resource and fully exert the market function.
