提高高温、高湿条件下线绕电位器绝缘电阻的途径

摘要 在高温、高湿环境条件下,常用材料骨架的线绕电位器绝缘电阻达不到要求,影响了电气性能.经研究和试验,改用氧化锆陶瓷材料制作电位器骨架,比较好地解决了这一问题,这是一条提高高温高湿条件下线绕电位器绝缘电阻的途径. Under high temperature and high humidity conditions, the insulation resistance for wire-wound potentiometer of which the frame is made of common materials cannot meet with the requirements, thus the electric performances are influenced. After study and tests, zirconium oxide ceramics is selected as the material for the frame of the potentiometer, and the problem is solved. This is a means for improving insulation resistance for wire-wound potentiometer under high temperature and high humidity conditions.
