As the center of modern economy, the bank as well as its competition h as a far-reaching influence on the economical development of a country. Accordin g to regulations of WTO, the banking competition in China can be effectively imp roved by establishing fair and just competitive environment; accelerating the pr ocess of anti-monopoly legislation; consummating supervision system and transfor ming the managing system of state-owned commercial banks.
