Continuablly Analysing Active Finance Policy and Adjusting Method

1 998年以来 ,我国政府连续几年实施了积极的财政政策 ,取得了显著成效 ,但短期政策长期化 ,积极财政政策在促进我国经济稳定、快速增长的同时 ,也暴露了其固有的弊端。本文分析了积极财政政策的成效 ,并侧重于其负效应、弊端的分析 ,对今后积极财政政策的取向进行了探讨 ,提出了积极财政政策的调整思路。

Since our government implemented active finance policy continually in 1 998, it had got marked product. Because short period policy changed into long pe riod policy, the active finace policy improved our economic meantime explore our demerit. Analysing the effect of active finance the article discussed the tropi sm of active policy and advanced the adjusting methods.
