摘要
学分制随着近几年高等教育的快速发展迅速在高等学校推广应用,其原因在于它较学年制更适应现代教育观念:在强化素质教育,加强学生创新能力等方面弥补了教学的不足,同时它在教学过程中引入竞争机制,增强了教学活动的活力。为了尽快地形成一种科学的、适应我们高等教育自身特点的学分制教学管理模式,使学分制教学管理步入正规,我们在实践中不断地总结经验教训,从教学设备配置、师资分配、课程建设、教学组织、学生管理等方面对学分制实践进行了分析,阐述了一些规律性的认识,并且指出了容易出现的问题。
Because credit hour system is much more adaptive to modern education concept than credit year system, it has been prompted rapidly in higher schools with education's quickly developing in the recently years. It enhances quality-oviented education and cultivation of students' innovation ability, and makes up disadvantage of credit year system in those sites , and introduces competition in teaching action. To form a set of scientific teaching management model of credit hour system which is adaptive to our higher education, we constantly sum up experiences and lectures, and analyze practice in teaching equipment configure,teachers distribution,lessons construction,teaching organization and students management. We get some beneficial regularity and point out some problems that should be avoided.
