摘要
从小型民营企业自身条件出发,关注小型民营企业在市场竞争中所面临的“二次创业”问题,运用工业工程和管理信息系统理论,以顾客需求为导向,以信息化为基础,以某小型家具制造企业为例,对其生产经营的业务流程进行了关键性的重新设计以及组织结构与职能的根本性变革。还分别对该企业订货-研发流程、生产计划-作业管理流程、质量控制流程、采购—库存管理流程、财务预算和核算流程作了详细的构建,以期达到提高企业信息化管理水平、增强竞争力的目的。
This article proceeds from the conditions of small private enterprises and focuses on the issue of 're-establishment' they face in market competition. Based on the theories of Industrial Engineering and management information system, customers' demand, and information, with a small furniture manufacturer as an example, we redesigned its key business process and reformed its organization and relevant function, and established the structure of five subsystems: order-R&D; purchase and stockpile management; production plan and operation; quality control; financial budget and final account; we hope it can help SPE form its information management system, and improve its competitiveness.
