借鉴实施丰田生产方式准时化的一种重要手段——看板管理的原理和方法等技术,结合实践形成了适合成批多品种生产,满足市场需求的新看板管理模式,论述了在生产现场中的具体运作方法,阐述了看板管理系统的构筑思路。
With application of principle and methods of Kanban administration, a new model of Kanban administration is formed to meet market demands with small batch production. Specific operational approaches are introduced in manufacturing units with the explanation of the system of Kanban administration.
