摘要
本文对我国现有的几种股票期权激励模式进行了客观的评价和比较 ,分析了各自的特点及存在的问题 ;提出了在我国实行股票期权所面临的主要问题 ,并对我国企业如何实施股票期权提出了自己的看法。
This thesis focuses on the objective evaluation and comparison on the stock options incentive mode existing in our country , analyses the respective features and existing problems of each mode , poses the major problems our country will meet in performing stock options and finally gives the author's opinions on how to implement stock options in our country's enterprises.
