摘要
为了提高高校健美操课的教学质量和效果,在教学实践中将传统的“注入式”教学改变为“启发式”教学,通过运用直观性、趣味性、模仿性、自主性、激励性、互补性等六种启发方法,使教学质量和教学效果得到了质的提高,并充分证明了“启发式”教学在高校健美操中的可行性和必行性。
To improue the quality and effect of college calisthenics teaching,the author takes the heunislic method instead of 'feeding-duck' method during his teaching. By employing different kinds of teaching method such as keing audiovisual,preference,imitation,taking initiative,encouraging and complement,the quality and effect are improued qreatly more than enpected. And it also proued that it is possible and further, necessary to use heuristic method in college ealisthenics teaching.
