摘要 TDJGS6 0 1- 15活塞的M 2 7× 1- 6H螺纹孔和2 5 5 孔尺寸及形位公差要求很高 ,以前采用一次装夹分步加工工艺 ,生产效率低 ,质量差 ,成为该零件生产的主要制约因素。通过变换定位基准和采用高效加工工艺 ,我们对原工艺路线进行了改进 ,使该部位加工的效率提高几十倍 ,而且消灭了废品 。 It is very hight to require the tolerance of size and for-position of the hole M27x1-6H and 25.5 of TDJGS601-15piston.Preoiously we machine the two holes by many machining stepts in one clamping;out rate is low,the quality is bad,it is main factor of restricting to produce the parts.We revise the former technical pricess by chaning locating datums and applying high efficiency machining technics.The output rate of the two hole is tens times as before,and the wasters in production process are eliminated,thus the production problems are solve.
