摘要
研究了林地蘑菇 10 3菌株的生物学特性和栽培特性。结果表明 ,林地蘑菇 10 3菌株菌丝生长的适宜碳源是淀粉和蔗糖 ,适宜氮源是硫酸铵和豆饼粉 ,适宜温度为 2 5~ 30℃ ,适宜 pH为 5 .1~ 7.1。林地蘑菇 10 3菌株子实体形成温度 19~ 2 9℃ ,最适 2 0~ 2 5℃ ;子实体形成期最适空气相对湿度 80 %~ 90 %。
The biological and cultivated characteristics of Agaricus silvaticus were studied. The results showed that the optimal carbon sources and nitrogen sources for the mycelial growth of Agaricus silvaticus were starch, sucrose and (NH 4) 2SO 4, soybean meal resp., and that the optimal temperature and pH for the mycelial growth of Agaricus silvaticus were 25~30℃and 5.1~7.1 resp.. The temperature for its fruitbody formation was 19~29℃ with the optimum temperature being 20~25℃, and the optimum relative air humidity for its fruitbody formation was 80%~90%.
