紫花脸香蘑驯化栽培研究

A Study on the Domestication Cultivation of Lepista sordida

试验选用菌龄 35d的紫花脸香蘑新菌株滇LE S0 0 8,混播 ,播种量高于培养料干重的15 %。结果表明 ,最适培养料配方为干鸡粪 4 0 % ,稻草 (麦秸 ) 5 6% ,石膏 1% ,过磷酸钙 1% ,石灰2 %。最佳栽培模式为熟料覆土袋栽法。菌丝生长最适温度 2 5℃ ,出菇期最适温度 2 0～ 2 6℃ ,空气相对湿度 90 %～ 98% ,最适 pH6.5～ 8.0。

The selection of new strain Dian LE S008 with an age of about 35d,combined with mixed spawning model at a rate of more than 15% of dry compost weight, was the key technology of high efficiency and high quality cultivation of Lepista sordida. The experimental results showed that the optimum compost formula was as follows: dry chicken droppings 40%,straw 56%, gypsum 1%, superphosphate calcium 1%,quick lime 2%; that the optimum cultivation model was bag casing cultivation with fermented compost; and that the optimum temperatures for mycelial growth and fruitbody development were 25℃ and 20～26℃ resp., the optimum environmental humidity was 90%～98% and the optimum pH was 6.5～8.0.
