人工肝支持系统治疗重型病毒性肝炎的临床观察

Therapeutic effect of artificial liver support system on severe viral hepatitis

目的 :观察人工肝支持系统 (ALSS)治疗重型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法 :12例重型病毒性肝炎在综合护肝治疗上加用ALSS治疗。结果 :ALSS治疗后 ,总胆红素从 488 3 0 μmol/L降至 2 94 3 6μmol/L( P <0 0 5 ) ,凝血酶原活动度从 2 6 2 9%提高至 40 97% (P <0 0 5 ) ,总生存率为 5 8 3 % ,早中期生存率 70 %。结论 :ALSS对重型病毒性肝炎肝功能衰竭有明显疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of artificial liver support system(ALSS) on severe viral hepatitis.Methods 12 patients with severe viral hepatitis received a combined hepatotherapy with the ALSS.Results The level of total serum bilirubin was obviously decreased from 488.30μmol/L to 294 36μmol/L and prothrombin activity was clerly elevated from 26 29% to 40 97%(P<0 05)。The general survivial rate was 58 3%.The survival rate in early and medial stages was 70%.Conclusion ALSS has good effects in the treatment of the patients with severe viral hepatitis.especially in early and medial stage.
