卡维地洛片在慢性充血性心衰中应用的疗效观察

The efficacy of Carvedilol in the treatment of congestive heart failure

目的 :观察卡维地洛片治疗慢性充血性心衰的疗效。方法 :将 98例器质性心脏病 ,CHF患者分为治疗组 5 0例 ,在常规抗心衰治疗的基础上加用卡维地洛片 (洛德 ,北京巨能制药有限责任公司 )治疗 6周 ,对照组 4 8例 ,单用抗心衰治疗 6周。结果 :治疗组在减慢心率、改善心功能方面均优于对照组 ,总有效率分别为 82 %和 3 5 4 2 % ,两组间有显著差别 ,P <0 0 0 1。结论 :在常规抗心衰治疗基础上用卡维地洛片 ,可明显降低心率、改善心功能、降低再住院率。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Carvedilol in the treatment of congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:Ninty eight cases of organic heart disease and CHF were divided into treatment group and control group,for the treatment group,50 cases received the routine CHF treatment with the addition of Carvedilol for 6 weeks,for the comparison group,48 cases received the routine CHF treatment.Result:Compared with the control group the treatment group had better results in decreasing heart rate,improving heart function.In the treatment group the efficacy rate was 82%,and mortality rate 2%.In the control group,the efficacy rate was 35 42%.Significant differences in the efficacy rate between the two groups were noted(P<0 05).Conclusion:The use of Carvedilol on the basis of routine CHF treatment may lower the heart rate,improve the heart function and decrease the rehospitalization rate.
