跟骨骨折围手术期的处理

Peri-operative Management of Calcaneal Fractures

目的 介绍跟骨骨折围手术期的临床经验。方法 运用重建钢板、可塑形钢板、“Y”型钢板和“T”型钢板对 6 9例 77侧跟骨骨折进行治疗。骨折分型采用Sanders分型法 ,77侧骨折中 73侧获随访 ,随访时间 2个月～ 4年 3个月 ,平均 14 2个月。结果 按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能。本组 73侧骨折中 ,优 2 9侧 ,良 4 0侧 ,可 4侧 ,优良率 94 5 %。

Objective To introduce peri operative experience for treatment of calcaneal fracture.Methods Reconstruction plate,shapable titanic plate,T shaped plate and Y shaped plate were used in 77 calcaneal fractures of 69 patients.Those fractures were classified according to Sanders classification.Seventy three of 77 fractures were followed up from 2～51 months (average,14 2 months).Results Results were evaluated using the Maryland Foot Score,and excellent results occurred in 29,good in 40,fair in 4,the rate of excellent and good clinical results was 94 5 percent.Conclusion Appropriate management of peri operation is directly related with operative effect of calcaneal fractures.
