加强对经营者的激励和约束是企业改革面临的深层次问题。在西方国家的现代市场经济中,股 票期权制度作为一种激励方式,取得了显著成效及诸多优点,我们国家也应该探索经理股票期权激励。
Reinforcing stimulation to managers is the deeper hierarchy problem that listed corporations challenge. In the western market-driven economy, executive stock option, which is called ESO, is regarded as an effective stimulation mechanism and makes a great achievement in the whole context. Consequently, our country should explore and focus on ESO.
