摘要
在分析了盘刀式切碎器参数传统数学解析设计方法的基础上,根据1.0型切碎器的工作性能要求,确定了影响其功率消耗的主要参数及其变化范围。通过二次回归正交试验 ,分析了所选择的4个因素对试验指标的影响 ,进而建立了描述试验指标与影响因素之间定量关系的数学模型。以切碎器的比能耗最小为目标函数 ,以确定的切碎器参数变化范围和工作指标限制为约束条件 ,对盘刀式切碎器的参数进行了优化设计。最后 ,对优化设计得到的切碎器参数组合进行了验证试验 ,表明切碎器实际比能耗与优化预测值间的误差小于10%。
Through analysis of conventional design method of mathematical calculation for parameters of forage cutterhead and based on the working properties of1.0type flywheel forage chopper,the main design parameters affecting energy consumption and their possible varying ranges in the cutterhead were determined.The influences of4selected factors on experimental results were analyzed with secˉondary degree regressional orthogonal experiment,and the mathematical models describing the relations of design parameters and experiˉmental criteria were developed.The parameters of the cutterhead were designed by CAD technology with minimum ratio energy conˉsumption as functional goal and with the determined varying range of the parameters and the working demand of the cutterhead as reˉstriction limits.Finally,a verification test was carried out to examine the effects of the optimal combination of parameters on energy consumption,and the results showed that in comparison with theoretical calculation the difference of the real ratio energy consumption was less than10%.
