酯酶活性与柞蚕部分经济性状的关系

Correlation Between the Esterase Activity and Some Economic Characters of Antheraea pernyi

幼虫消化液酯酶活性与中肠酯酶活性表现出一定的负相关关系 ,消化液酯酶活性与全茧量、蛹重存在显著正相关关系 ,中肠酯酶活性和茧层率性状呈显著正相关关系 ,卵的酯酶活性与茧质性状呈高度正相关。酯酶活性与茧质性状的杂种优势率的强弱表现也一致。因此 ,可以认为F1 代消化液酯酶和中肠酯酶活性的提高 ,是茧质性状杂种优势形成的原因之一。酯酶活性可用来预测F1 代的茧质性状的优劣。

The results showed that the Esterase activity of digestive fluid and that of midgut had negative correlation.There were direct positive correlations between the esterase activity of digestive fluid and cocoon weight and pupal weight,between the esterase activity of midgut and cocoon shell ratio.The higher the cocoon quality characters of cross combination were,the more the esterase activities of digestive fluid and midgut would be.The increase in esterase activities of digestive fluid and midgut in F 1 generation was believed as a reason for the heterosis of cocoon quality characters.The esterase activities could be used to forecast the F 1 cocoon quality charˉacters.
