电子束技术是先进制造技术的一个组成部分。由于它所具有的各种独特的优点,已在众多的工业领域得到了非常广泛的应用。本文介绍了以高能电子束作为热源在焊接、表面蒸发涂覆、熔炼、表面热处理、打孔、制粉、消毒灭菌以及显微技术等方面的工业应用。
Electron bean technology is one component in the advanced manufacturing technology, which is widely applied to many industrial areas owning to its various unique features.
