摘要
逆向工程是制造业一种常用的手段,采用逆向方法进行模具设计与制造,是缩短产品开发周期,提高产品质量,进而建立自己的设计制造体系的重要手段。本文介绍LZ6460乘用车顶盖模具逆向制造方法及过程,并给出一个由点云生成曲面的例子。
Designing and making dies in reverse way is an important means for shortening products development cycle and improving product quality so as to establish a designing and manufacturing system. The paper introduces the reverse manufacturing and process of dies for the roof of LZ6460 passenger bus with an example of curve generated from points.
