真善美是开启学生心灵的三把钥匙。教育者要有真诚的态度 ,要了解学生的真实情况和心态 ,教育内容要真实 ;教育者要象父母关爱自己孩子那样关爱学生 ,施之以爱 ,动之以情 ,晓之以理 ,导之以行 ;教育者还要采取适宜的方法引导学生认识美、感受美、鉴赏美和创造美。

The true, the good and the beautiful are three keys to open students′ heart. Educators should have sincere attitude and understand the real situation and thought of students. The content of education must be true.Educators should treat students with care just as the parents care for their own children. Treat them with affection, move them with feeling, persuade them with principle and guide them with action. Educators should also use proper method to guide students to recognize, feel, appreciate and create the beautiful.
