胡椒根挥发油的中枢药理作用研究

The pharmacological effects of volatile oil from Piper nigrum L. on central nervous system

目的 观察胡椒根挥发油的中枢药理作用。方法 采用小鼠外观行为观察、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、热板法等观察胡椒根挥发油的镇静、镇痛、抗炎作用。结果 胡椒根挥发油对小鼠的自发活动具有明显的抑制作用 ,对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀有显著拮抗作用 ,能明显延长痛阈值时间。结论 胡椒根挥发油具有明显的抗炎、镇痛。

Objective To investigate the effects of volatile oil from Piper nigrum L. on central nervous system.Methods The effects of volatile oil on central nervous system were observed by the methods of spontaneous activity,hot-plate and ear edema.Results The volatile oil from Piper nigrum L. could reduce the spontaneous activity,inhibit the ear edema caused by dimethylphene and increase the threshold of pain.Conclusion Volatile oil from Piper nigrum L. has obvious sedative ,analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
